I am an Ayurvedic physician who believes that healing begins with awareness.
In a world that moves quickly, I am deeply drawn to the quiet wisdom of nature, the rhythms of sunrise and sunset, the intelligence of digestion, the balance between rest and action.
My journey with Ayurveda began not only as a medical education, but as a way of understanding life itself.
🌿 My Foundation
I hold a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and have trained in both classical Ayurvedic texts and modern clinical practice.
Through years of study and hands-on experience, I have learned that Ayurveda is not merely ancient tradition, it is a living science that continues to guide holistic wellbeing across the world.
The teachings of the great Acharyas Charaka, Sushruta, and Vagbhata still influence my understanding of health, balance, and prevention.
🪷 Why AyurMantra
AyurMantra was created as a reflective space , a journal where ancient Ayurvedic principles meet modern life.
Here, I share insights on balance, daily rhythms, digestion, mental clarity, and conscious living, not as quick fixes, but as gentle guidance.
My intention is simple:
To make Ayurveda feel accessible, grounded, and relevant, wherever you are in the world.
🌙 A Gentle Invitation
Whether you are new to Ayurveda or rediscovering it, I invite you to explore these writings slowly.
Balance is not something we achieve once.
It is something we return to, every day.
